For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of beauty, plants, the healing arts, movement, and writing.

Since training in aromatherapy and massage therapy in the late 1990s, my work has taken many forms, from bodywork and movement to skincare formulation, writing, and creative direction, always guided by a belief in the senses as a way of understanding ourselves and the living world.

I have worked as a massage therapist, Reiki master, yoga instructor and physical coach, alongside my work as a writer and creator.

In 2002, I founded Doux Me in Paris with four face creams and a simple conviction: what we place on our skin deserves the same care as what we place in our bodies. It became the first organic skincare brand in France to receive Ecocert certification, at a time when organic beauty was still finding its language.

After eleven years of building and running the brand, I sold it in 2012 and moved to California, where I continued creating aromatherapy blends, fragrances, treatments, and sensory spaces. Along the way, I collaborated with brands and private clients from concept through manufacturing, gathering many of these experiences into a book that I have published in three editions since 2013.

Today, my work continues through apium lab, where writing, sensory care, healing, and creative practice meet. A place for the many strands of my work to converge, evolve, and take new form.​
